The staff on site were phenomenal extremely friendly and helpful there was two girls on the front desk Emma and I can't remember the other girl who were so helpful accommodating and friendly best part of the hotel was the staff and lobby and restaurant were fab. I did however prior to my arrival speak with a lady from reservations on the phone who was less than helpful with a situation causing panic on a 2.5hr trip we wouldn't be able to stay. this issue was quickly and professionally resolved by the girl on front desk on arrival

Location was perfect for our stay. Close to where we needed to go Mary Immaculate College. And close to the restaurants and shops where we visited. Check in was very straight forward. Room was really lovely. We stayed in a very comfortable family room perfect for our children 6 and 12 years. Beds were so comfy. The ease of parking and at the discounted rate was ideal for our stay. Parking is secure and close. The pool was lovely. Small, but perfect for a late evening swim with the children. Staff in the leisure center were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Facilities are clean, small pool and changing facilities but very well kept. Our bedroom view was beautiful of the city and the river.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Great views to the river Shannon. Close proximity to Limerick City Centre. 10 mins walk max. Food & Cocktails very good. Room spacious and uber quiet. Cant fault. Will be back in 3 weeks time for our second stay.

The Clayton hotel is always our go-to hotel when visiting Limerick 😁we always go to Limerick at this time of year to do some Christmas shopping and celebrate our wedding anniversary. It is so central, and it's a lovely and friendly hotel. We always bring our children with us as The Clayton is a really child friendly hotel. So that is one of the main reasons for staying there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent work guys😁

Room was lovely & spacious- gorgeous view out over the river. Bed was comfortable. We didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel but the bar was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - we were there for a gig at Dolans which is a 2 min walk from the hotel.

Room was a triple which was perfect for our needs. We had food in the hotel which was quite tasty and service was efficient.

It was a last minute booking and due to August Bank Holiday weekend we were lucky to find the 2 rooms needed for an emergency accommodation . The staff was kind and professional all along and very helpful as well. The beds were very comfortable but that didn't surprise us , we book the Clayton very often in our travels through Dublin airport and we know we will have a great sleep.

From the moment we checked in, everything went so smoothly. The concierge was very welcoming and efficient. The room was lovely with plenty towels and space even for two adults and two children. We spent an hour at the pool and walked into town for our evening meal. Breakfast was lovely with a good range of items to choose from. Especially impressed with the gluten free section.
